Told through the eyes of an Observer who can see beyond the mask of flesh into the true nature of souls, Council of Leaders is a chronicle of failure after failure, as leaders choose ego over honesty, control over respect, and technology over the sanctity of the human soul. In secret chambers, councils plot the "restart projects," collecting the next generation to seed a new civilization. But memory can be erased; the soul cannot. Each cycle produces the same flaws, the same arrogance, the same collapse.
