My husband is usually a 2x. I purchased a 3x in case it shrunk when I washed it. Thank goodness I did! A 3x is really a 2x. This T-shirt runs small. I recommend buying one size larger. Also the graphic on the shirt is not very good. Not happy with my purchase but my husband picked this out.
