My fingertips get numb and turn blue when exposed to the lightest cold temperature due to a physical condition involving circulation. After several very cold days shoveling snow in ski gloves, my fingers still got extremely cold to the point that they acked. I decided to literally "bite the proverbial bullet" and purchase some heated gloves as my condition is not going to change and I refuse to pay anyone for a task that I am perfectly capable of doing myself. So, purchasing the gloves were well worth the money. the gloves have about four heat settings which makes it perfect for someone that needs low heat to someone like me that needs high heat. The batteries for the gloves charge fast making it possible to rest or perform another task as the batteries charge. I was able to work outside removing snow from my property without having to stop, go inside and warm my hands. The only issue I have is that I wish they were thinner and made with a material that stretched a bit more. ...but, these minor issues do not affect the gloves ability to perform. they include clasps to prevent loss and wrist band to make it possible to slip the gloves off perform a task without having to place the gloves in your purse or coat pocket. it's much like having the gloves attached to your jacket to prevent loss. I was able to be out in the cold weather for over eight hours and my hands were completely warm. These gloves made it possible to get things done without delay. I wish that I had purchased them years ago. I highly recommend these gloves. They are always ready when I need them. I charge the batteries as I sleep.
