Poor customer service

Item came in a box that was tore up and from an individual and the address appeared to be a home. Item received on time, but was missing two parts (so I cannot put the ghosts together). Immediately contacted the company who told me they were shipping out the missing pieces. That was 4-5 weeks ago. I missed the deadline to return the ghosts and I still haven't received the stands that I was told were being sent out right away. Contacted company again and they stated they were looking into it. Now I'm stuck with a decoration I cannot put together and I'm past the return window. I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
