After I assembled it and charged the battery I demonstrated it for my elderly parents and placed it in the tub and the backside bottom plastic frame that holds the glide in place broke off. It was also wobbly going up and down from the onset. I'm trying to return it to walmart.com but walmart says it's not returnable. I'd like a complete refund from the vendor directly. I didn't get a paper copy of my receipt inside the box nor by mail nor on my email or on the wamart.com online purchase date to let me know the conditions for a return or that walmart doesn't accept a return for this product.
