Bates Work by Wolverine Men's Boyden Waterproof Steel Toe Western Work Boot

I love these boots! They are made by Bates Work by Wolverine. These slide on so easily and are amazingly comfortable. They are waterproof, which is an absolute must for me, and have a durable oil and slip resistant sole that has adequate rubber to hold up to hard work wear conditions. Despite being slip on only, they fit really well, and don't feel loose, or feel like they'll slide off. They offer great ankle and lower leg protection, and the leather is conditioned well that you don't need to worry about long break in times. As far as boots go, they're not too heavy, and they feel like they offer more than adequate sole and arch support. There is a small, but practical heel on the bottom that helps to offer stability when climbing ladders or other obstacles. The leather is strong, but flexible enough to allow good movement, while still giving solid stability and comfort. I was thrilled to be able to try these, and I'm very happy to say they didn't disappoint. Wolverine has been known for quality footwear, and their partnership with Bates Work really delivered on these. These also double not only as a quality work boot, but they are stylish enough for outer wear for those looking for the cowboy apparel look without breaking the bank. They are very reasonably priced, and I'd definitely look at purchasing more from this line in the future.

I was terrified of trying these at first, they were a size 10 and I usually wear 10.5-11. Especially on boots, they actually fit though! I am shocked! They run large which works out in my favor! They were snug to get on, which lets me know if a nice fit to ensure safety. I can feel the areas that are protective to things falling on your foot, which gives peace of mind.
