we bought this for my dad who has dementia. it was a replacement for a wored adjustable frame he's had sonce 2019. We were worried he wouldn't understand the remote since ot wouldn't be familiar for him but he got it right away. even though he doesnt remember, he calls us multiple times a day and jokes about how he's laying in his bed in the tv setting watching tv. his recliner hasn't seen him since! haha. and a grest place

Super quiet motor when adjusting and I set it up on a wood floor. The massage is my favorite part. It might be a somewhat louder than I expected but it's not so bad my husband asks me to shoot it off and he is sound sensitive. The under bed lighting is awesome! Love this frame!

The platform works wonderfully well. I love the automatic TV setting, puts my feet in the exact right spot but I do have to take the head back down just a bit for my comfort. The USB ports are actually underneath and not on the side of the frame which is okay but would have been much more convenient to have them on the side. The "massage" aspect is nothing but vibration but I knew it would be before going in so that was not really a disappointment just a comment. It is also pretty loud. Not something I will be using. Overall I am really satisfied and very happy I made the purchase.
