Great Vitamin B supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good vitamin B supplement which has all forms of vitamin B. I take it regularly. It is especially helpful since I am a vegetarian and it has vitamin B12 in it. I have seen improvement in my health and hair quality after taking this supplement. I am going to continue taking it from now on.

Good Deal

It helps fight anemia, it's great for my hair, skin, and mood, and it also gives me energy. But since the dose is a bit strong for me, I only take half a pill.
