FlapJacked Mighty Muffins with Probiotics Flavors: Blueberry, Sizes: 6-Pack

I purchased the chocolate peanut butter, lemon poppy seed and cinnamon roll. Of course, they won't taste like the super fatty, really good tasting-really bad for you muffin, you know what I mean. BUT, we are eating healthy, making great choices for our body, our health, and these fit the bill! There is no nasty after taste, and they actually make you feel like you've "cheated" and eaten something that maybe you shouldn't have, but now worries, it is good for you-you've got your protein-your calories are right where they should be-you ate something that actually satisfies you and you won't be hungry an hour from now- and wow, you can go about your day! No worries here, you did great, started the day of in a positive way! I have tried others that were like eating cardboard and did not fit the bill. These won't disappoint. If you had surgery, you made a lifetime commitment, a lifetime change, this isn't a diet, and this is a pleasant change of food.

I really love the dbl chocolate muffins-- they are so tasty. I ad a little extra water to bake it, and when it's done, i put a pat of "butter spread" on top. it is so delish warm that I don't have to fret when my kids eat chocolate chip cookies. VERY filling, though.
