They light was packed safely to prevent breakage. I do hate the foam it gets everywhere but it protected the product nicely. I wish the lite had better switch options as this one you will need to stand up to turn it on or off and not very convenient. The color tones are awesome. As a painter it will change the look of any painting. This is one of the most fun things I have purchased now that my life is close to the end with stage 4 cancer. Thank you for getting it to me in-damaged!!!! Blessings
