Terrible Experience – Missing Item %26 No Support from Walmart! I ordered a package that was supposed to include a mattress, headboard, and frame, but only received two out of the three items. The vendor failed to deliver the full order, and Walmart was no help at all. Their customer service admitted I was right but then just passed me off to a third-party seller—and I never heard from them again. Walmart does not stand behind the products sold on their platform, leaving customers stuck dealing with unreliable vendors. On top of that, these beds can be found for half the price at Bed Bath %26 Beyond and Amazon. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!
