These breakfast sausages are a perfect start to the morning. I loved that they were mini size so I could eat only one of two if I wanted without having leftovers or throwing the rest away. They were tasty and I could definitely taste the sweet maple flavor with the chicken. I loved that they are minimally processed with no "junk" ingredients. They also cook really quickly (just a few minutes) which is perfect when I have a busy morning.

I love that these are chicken sausages and maple flavor! It's so important these days to have a non red meat option, and these are perfect! They don't have a typical breakfast sausage texture, it's more like a mini hot dog that is chicken breakfast sausage flavored, but they absolutely get the flavor profile perfectly-- both savory and sweet.
