After reading the many reviews, I decided to give it a try. For the money, it works for me. It recommends opening it with 2 strong people; I am a widow and was concerned about it snapping back on me. So I slid one end under the couch and pushed on the other end and it locked open with no problem. So far it is holding up, I use it only about 3-4 times a week, not daily and am under 160 lbs. I think it is working out ok for me. I would recommend this.

Well made, attractive and affordable product. This rebounder allows you to Jump Up and Down. This is the best way to activate your body's lymphatic system. When you jump up and down, you give your body a mini blood transfusion which helps cleanse the lymphatics and recirculate blood throughout the body. There is simply no better form of exercise on the planet for your skin, your heart, your digestion and your hair. There are other more expensive trampolines on the market. But the Stamina 36'' has a reasonable price at Walmart. I highly recommend it. :)

Had a mini tramp for several years but it was past its prime so got this one which seemed close to my old one. I'm 79 yrs old, female at 115lbs and always determined I can do things myself. Read instructions and knew to be careful but saw where someone put one side under couch to snap together so carefully tried it. Be sure your couch is heavy, it did work for me! My hands have arthritis so putting on the guard was rather hard for me but I managed eventually. All set up and put disco music on and I was good to go. Since it's 114 here in Arizona I am now using this for my walking and it works for me!
