Dosage
• Adults and children 6 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue and repeat every hour for 2 more hours. Then, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every 6 hours until symptoms are relieved. • Children 2 to 6 years of age: Dissolve 2 tablets in 1 tablespoon of water for easier intake. Follow directions above. • Children under 2 years of age: As a doctor.
Instructions
Do not use if glued carton end flaps are open or if the blister seal is broken. Store at 68-77°F (20-25°C).

Boiron Arnica is my go to brand for all my aches, pains and bruises. The tablets dissolve quickly and don't have any flavor in my opinion. I take these tablets immediately when I burn myself and have never to this point had a blister. The only drawback is that I thought that this box was 30x but it is not. I prefer the 30x.

Takes care of pain from arthritis flare ups not completely but makes it bearable for me. I like that I'm not taking meds that are my stomach hurt. I hope it works forever.
