I spent 4 months in ICU with lines running in my neck and around my head so I couldn't have my hair washed properly for over 6 months because the lines were my lifeline as it was cycling all of my blood through a machine and putting oxygen into my heart and lungs but I ended up with what they would call cradle cap in babies but it would not all come off of my scalp with any dandruff shampoo I tried until using this one and also using the massage tool on the scalp it actually took and broke down the chunks of dead skin cells and allowed them to finally come off of my scalp AND they were able to come out of the hair that originally kept it from being rinsed out of my hair for good because it was chunks of dead, dry skin cells around a group of very thick and extra naturally curly hair so it seemed impossible to remove.
