I was happily surprised by the support from the inner springs in the mattress. I greatly enjoyed the unwrapping of the shrink wrap on the mattress. It unrolled and expanded in about 15 seconds. I wish I had the camera rolling. They give you a safety cutter that looks like an envelope opener to open up the wrapping without cutting into the mattress itself. It fully expanded and was ready to use right away. I did not have to let it sit before I could sleep on it. I sleep on my side and had been waking up with my hip hurting every morning. This does not happen on this mattress.

This mattress is such high quality is unbelievably pretty and the stitching is super strong! the firmness is perfect for my preference and keeps your body cool. the strong handles are definitely a super bonus especially since my old bed in box didn't have any and was not fun removing.
