So easy to have pure mashed or pureed potatoes.

Of course no boxed or bagged potatoes processed for quick heating or cooking will taste exactly like fresh boiled or fresh baked whole potatoes depending on the cook's skills. But Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes is the best choice above any and all other quick prep and cooking boxed or bagged brand versions, most loaded with too much added unhealthy and artificial ingredients. This brand only contains one ingredient, potatoes which are flaked and just waiting for an at home cook to add simple fresher seasonings, cream or milk, maybe a bit of cheese and ready to serve in five minutes. I use this brand's flaked dried potatoes as the final topping for a sheperd's or cottage pie. One has lamb, other has beef. Or now in minutes I can have potato latkes. At least, keep a bag handy when there is no time for the laborious long process of preparing mash or pureed potatoes from scratch.

Non-GMO, very easy to make and Healthy.

The best ingredients I have found in a dried potato flake. Making mashed potatoes was very easy and there were no clumps. The key is to use less mix and give it time to absorb the liquid. I used plant-based milk and coconut oil. Very smooth consistency and a healthier version.
