  • JVCC DC-PEF03A Double-Sided Foam Tape is a closed-cell cross-linked 1/32 inch thick polyethylene foam tape coated on both sided with a high-performance solvent-based acrylic adhesive.
  • Applications include mounting nameplates, signs, small die-cast parts, mirrors, and maps. Used for sound and vibration dampening in business machines, industrial equipment, copy machines, electronic component packaging and glass panel mounts, seals, and gaskets.
  • Excellent quick-stick sealing with high shear properties for efficient operation and secure bonding. Good resistance to humidity, mild acids, oil, and grease. Excellent conformability and compressibility. Adheres well to textured and irregular surfaces.
  • The acrylic adhesive system is recommended for outdoor applications due to its higher temperature, UV, weather, chemical, and plasticizer resistance.
  • Carrier/Backing: cross-linked irradiated cellular polyethylene foam. Adhesive: solvent based acrylic. Release Liner: 50 # white bi-siliconized paper. Thickness: 31 mils (carrier) 2.8 mils (liner). Adhesion: 82 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Service/Operating Temperature: -4F to 194F. Application Temperature: 45F to 100F. Density: 5 lbs per cubic foot. Shear: 168+ hours @ 1kg psi. Core: 3-inch neutral.
