I was told it was lost in the mail after waiting several weeks for the item to arrive. After checking with the shipping companies website I was told that the seller did not send the item. When I asked Walmart about this they said that it was lost in the mail also and issued me a refund. Shortly after it seems the shipping company found the package and sent it to me anyway. Thank you so much!! After contacting them to pay for the item I was told to keep the item has a sign of apology and good faith. That is what I call above and beyond.
