I have had pain in the side of my foot, so my podiatrist recommended this product since my ankle seems to roll. I use it on long (3-5 miles) walks and on the elliptical. It helps keep my ankle lined up properly as well as reducing the pain from a strenuous work out. I would highly recommend this product. Works much better than any inserts I have been recommended.

This is my third or 4th? Swede-O, helping stabilize a surgically , x 3, repaired ankle. Its better than all the other much more expensive, braces, wraps, and inserts that I have tried or were prescribed. Easy to wear, wash, and take on your travels. Try different thickness of socks and shoe types for best comfort. I wear hiking style boots due to the weak ankle.. I highly recommend the brace.
