Horrible!

It's way lighter than picture and to big for tolet seat and to small for tank. I want to return it but they give one option for ups pickup. I dont have printer I'm disabled and don't drive anymore I guess I have to keep it! Just NEVER had one option through Wal-Mart. So I definitely think this is ridiculous.
