I took this bag to the beach and it was extremely helpful. You can easily pack 2 big beach towels, extra clothes, sandals, your keys, water toys, and a big bottle in there. The tie closure is easy to maneuver and the holes in the bag allow for ventilation so that things can dry. It's also easy to shake and remove the sand. I will mention that the plus side was being able to carry it like a backpack!

This is such a great bag for taking to the pool, the splash pad, you name it! It's much bigger than I thought it would be. In fact, it was big enough for my 2 kids and I to both pack our towels in it along with sunscreen, goggles, and a change of clothes for the day. The front pocket is convenient for storing things that I need to grab quickly and the drawstring closure makes it easy for my kids to grab things out themselves if they need to. Right now I've got it packed for my youngest kiddo's water day tomorrow at preschool and it's lightweight enough for him to easily carry himself. Plus the mesh material makes it perfect for transporting wet clothes and/or towels.
