No more slamming open

This product works exactly as advertised, no more having the tailgate slam open. The installation was simple, but I did have to read the instructions a couple of times in order for it to make sense. The pictures helped fill in the gaps. Otherwise, I love the way it works, now they need to make one that lifts the gate!
