She Well Raspberry leaf blend

I like that it's a tea blend geared towards the female system. I like the scent. Without brewing it, it smells like mint. Once brewed it smells like apple cider. It tastes like a watered down sweet apple cider. Very subtle to the pallet. I would drink again. I immediately got a little drowsy. I guess the chamomile kicked in !!!

We use this in our house before endearing “that time” Since using, I have noticed an improvement on my quality of life during this time. Not only me, but my oldest too says the same thing. Yummy berry chamomile tea

Really delicious. I use 2 teabags in 8oz hot water and let mine steep for 10 minutes. I sweeten it with a bit of honey and cream. It has a very yummy fruity chamomile taste with a hint of mintyness! Not sure how it works for menstrual support but either way it's a very good tea and I can definitely see myself repurchasing when the time comes!
