Splits all kinds of wood

Excellent little splitter. Lots of good info on youtube. Some tips for using: Get a 15 amp extension cord. Make sure it's HEAVY DUTY. Make sure you have an 8mm hex wrench to check the hydraulic oil each time before you use it. Don't forget to open the bleed screw when using it and tighten it back up when you're done. This little machine has made my life so much easier!

nice electric log splitter

I am very impressed with the power and build of this unit. It is a pain as you have to use two hands, for safety I guess. which means you can't hold the wood, but the tray does a pretty good job. I split several 18inch diameter oak logs and it split them without issue.
