Astounding cookware and easy cleanup

Absolutely excellent pan for cooking. Cooking results were astounding and precise. Heating time does take a bit longer due to the thickness of the pan but was worth the wait. Not having rivets in the pan was a huge plus as food doesn't stick and clean-up was a breeze. Materials are high quality in the design and overall results are reflected in the cooking. Truly a wonderful addition to the kitchen.

I received the Koch Systeme CS 8 inch Nonstick Frying Pan With Lid for free as part of a reviewer program. It’s a great size for just the two of us empty nesters. I love the high sides for sautéing chicken breast, cooking breakfast, or even grill cheese sammies – it helps contain little splatters. I DO have reservations about the non-stick qualities, though. Nowhere, for the life of me could I find more details of what exactly makes the product nonstick. And is it ceramic, free of PFOA, PTFE, PFOS, lead, and cadmium??? Other than that, it is a nice little pan, attractive. The size is good and it comes with a lid, which is a nice bonus.

heat doesnt transfer like cast iron or thick alumi

the handle was not ergonomic the cooking surface was almost too hard so my eggs turned out funny even with olive oil, it's like the heat only penetrated the egg for the first eighth of an inch and forced the olive oil into the egg white almost burning the edges but the heat wouldn't turn the rest of the white to cooked even with the lid on. this was no matter how slowly or fast I heated the stove and the pan. It was stickless though which was good for meat.
