Purchased these to replace my old Ryka high tops for step class. The support is good, and they are lighter weight than my high tops. The lighter weight helps me move faster in class. The soles have the circle on them for rotation which is a necessity for my knees. I have been purchasing Ryka shoes for several years, I like the quality and fit, and have recommended them to others.

Feels very supportive and comfortable for aerobic workouts that include jumping and sideways movements. Fit is true to size and wide enough for my feet that are on the wider side of “regular”. It's a bonus that they look good, too (iridescent purple with black). I had a hard time finding a cross-training shoe in person, so I especially appreciate the variety available on the Ryka website.
