- Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union OU Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
- For best taste in counter top coffee makers, we recommend starting with 1-2 tbsp 5-10g of ground coffee per 6 fl oz 180ml of cold filtered water and adjusting to your taste. Keep your fresh roasted coffee at its freshest by storing in its zip-seal bag or an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place.

Organic Timor Leste - Roasted Coffee
From the mountains of Eastern Timor, this organic coffee is a classic Indo-Pacific with a deep, developed flavor and distinct dark chocolate notes. When roasted, it reveals subtle woody and herbaceous undertones, culminating in a mild finish for a truly stellar cup.
In East Timor-Leste, where this coffee is produced, the Cooperativa Cafe Timor employs farmers from extremely small farms across the countryside who often oversee no more than a hectare of coffee-producing farmland. The coffee crop in these high-altitude regions was originally planted by Portuguese colonists, but has changed over time, creating a new hybrid varietal with cleaner cup characteristics.

Although we've never tried Organic Timur (Sumatra) before we'll certainly be back for more. rom the moment we open ed the bag The fresh sweet smells of coffee wonderfulness engulfed our senses and once brewed, delight was fully raliszed in one of the best tasting cuppas ever. Although we will still and always be fans of every Ethiopian bean, and sorely mourn the apparent end of Congo Kivu availability due to unceasing and senseless civil strife, at least we can now add Timor to the growing list of outta-this-world super sips.
