No Boundaries Men's Lifestyle Trainer Shoes

I picked these up about two weeks ago looking for some casual shoes that wouldn't break the bank, and they've turned out to be pretty decent for the price point. Right out of the box, the blue and white color combo caught my eye - it's got that throwback athletic look that works with jeans or shorts. The material is mostly a synthetic upper with some suede-like panels, and while it's not premium leather or anything, it feels sturdy enough for daily wear. One thing I noticed immediately is the sizing runs large - I'm normally a 10.5 and these fit more like an 11, so theres a bit of extra room in the toe box that I wasn't expecting. The laces are standard round ones that stay tied pretty well, and I like the cushioned tongue because it prevents any rubbing on the top of my foot. After wearing them for errands, walking the dog (shoutout to Leo who photobombed this pic), and just knocking around the house, the comfort level is good but not amazing - the insole has some padding but I wouldn't want to do serious walking or standing all day in them. The rubber sole has a nice grip pattern and hasn't shown much wear yet on pavement or hardwood floors. The stitching around the toe and sides looks clean with no loose threads so far. My main complaints would be the sizing issue I mentioned and the fact that the material doesn't breathe super well, so my feet get a little warm after wearing them for a few hours. They also don't have a ton of arch support, so if thats important to you might want to grab some aftermarket insoles. For casual everyday shoes at this price, they're doing the job and the retro style is growing on me, just maybe go down half a size from your normal fit.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
