Women's Cougar Kensington Waterproof Ankle Boot

Tried ordering and according to other reviews, I was told to buy a bigger size. I wear normally a 7.5 so I ordered an 8. They turned out way too big and neither Cougar or Walmart will allow the shoe to be returned (that has never been worn and in complete new condition). Horrible customer service. I am now stuck with a pair of boots that is too big because Walmart referred us to the original company, and Cougar only accepts returns directly purchased from them. Will not be ordering from here again. Just thought this info could be helpful to other potential buyers so they know the risk.

Love the shoes, but I usually wear size 7, but heard from friend that these shoes run small so I ordered a 8 just in case. I wanted them for a trip, but they ended up arriving later than I expected and I didn't get them in time. So I got back home and opened the box and they are a 9:(( and of course my size is "unavailable now." I called jet and they said we will be happy to send you a return label "but of no charge." Not really a sorry, sorry for the trouble.. or we will try to get you your shoes like I was expecting. I should have used the other website I was looking into.
