Scampi with Pepperidge FHS as Breadcrumbs

I keep this in my pantry year round. I'm not a big bread crumb person but these have more flavor then my seasoned Panko (a lighter type of breadcrumb.) I will crush/break them down sometimes depending on the dish. I've used these on scampi and they worked out well.

Pepperidge Farm stuffing is great. Make it as traditional stuffing or as a nice side. The seasoning is perfect if you don't have time to cut up celery and onions. Hands down, first choice. Holds up well stored until you're ready to use it.
