Very versatile with a kick
A great substitute if you can't find nanami togarashi. Very versatile with a good heat level. It can be used on way more than ramen so have fun!

Not at all what I expected
I opened the jar and took a taste of the spice inside. It was completely different from what I thought it was going to be. It was so hot and spicier it almost burn. Put the cover back on and threw it in the garbage. It's horrible. I like hot and spicy food, but this was terrible.
