Surprisingly good for gluten-free!

Kraft's Gluten-Free Mac & Cheese tastes really close to the classic version — creamy, cheesy, and super comforting. The gluten-free pasta holds up well and doesn't get mushy, which is a big win. But the portion feels a bit small and the noodles cook a little faster than expected. Still, it's a great option when you want that nostalgic Kraft flavor without the gluten!

These taste soooo close to the normal mac and cheese! Not gritty, not weird, no aftertaste. Kraft figured it out! The noodles keep thwir shape and don't fall apart. The cheese tastes sooo close to the original! The portion is the same as a normal box too! My kids cant tell the difference. If they could only make a gluten AND dairy free version together my whole family could eat it!

while the taste and texture isn't what your used to in the normal mac n cheese box, if you have gluten issues then this is the best tasting gf Mac n cheese box mix I've found out of all the ones I've tried.
