I have a large home and very large combined living/dining room on the sun facing side of the house. On a low fan low temp (67F) setting it would quickly cool all of that area plus the hallway and bathroom even the two rooms at the end of the hall. After cooling that large area I would reset the temp to regulate at 76F and it would stay very cool all day. I also really liked the remote because I could keep the remote on the other side of that large area not needing to cross the room to adjust the temperature. It's a great value for what it costs.

Works well, but very loud

The unit works well. During the summer, our master bedroom gets pretty warm during the day. Easily 8-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. My husband works 3rd shift and sleeps during the day. This unit, while pretty loud, does a good job of cooling it down fast. I wouldn't recommend this unit for night sleepers because it is so loud. But during the day, I feel like other noises help mask the motor when this is running.

shipping was awful. when i bought the air conditioner it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days . i contacted the shipping dept NO HELP. the temperature was 103 here family needed air. The air cond. was delayed 1 day then delayed another day then delayed another day. you can imagine howvthe family felt. but why should you care you was inair conditioning. Next time i will order from amazon. their shipping is ALWAYS DELIVERED WHEN PROMISED. You all need to check into your shipping department.
