fantastic sweet honey flavor with just the right amount of spice. it reminds me of honey-chipotle sauce at Chili's, but this sauce has more honey flavor. i like to use the sauce in pulled-chicken and can then add a touch more on the sandwich cuz it tastes that good! (im not sure of the bourbon flavor aspect - only because i've never tasted bourbon by itself)

Dumped a bottle of Lowry's Honey Bourbon marinade along with a diced onion and a few cloves of chopped garlic over a lightly seasoned large pork loin and threw it all in a slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Served the resulting pulled pork on toasted sub rolls with pickles, shredded cabbage, and mayonnaise. BOMB.com
