My roommate my son had a little bit of trouble putting it together but that's mostly because They weren't paying attention. is an excellent value for the price and it's fairly sturdy. the only thing I don't like is there is an open seam in the front where water runs into and you need to caulk to prevent a little bit of drippage in the front. other than that it was watertight and has kept our things safe and out of the weather

Great little shed. A little short in the front width, workable. I think this shed was on sale because they only sent one size screw, the smallest one required. Fortunate for me, I have a potato chip can full of screws. 66 yr old put together by myself. The first few steps are difficult by yourself. After that it is fairly easy.

Poor customer service

The shed's not bad for the price (I bought it on sale) but there was a part missing. I contacted the seller and after several emails back and forth with much hoop-jumping they stopped corresponding. My son, who was assembling the shed for me, is also in charge of maintenance for a small parts manufacturing company. He has many times manufactured a part for ancient machinery, because replacements are no longer available or too costly. So he got tired of waiting, made a replacement part, and completed the assembly. If you're considering purchasing from this company and don't have a person available who can fix almost anything, I wouldn't recommend counting on the seller's customer service. He wasn't much impressed with the assembly instructions, either. It's interesting that the front page of the instructions touts their customer service and tells you to notify them of any problems, but provides no contact information.
