it taste amazing considering the basic vanilla taste, the quality of the protein is good. the size of the scoop is huge.. which is good. it does give nice pump to the muscles and with enough rest you can easily get 2 to 5 lbs heavier and you will look big. I recommend you take one scoop in the morning and 2 after workout. it's the holy grail of bulkingI would buy again if I want to bulk up. 10/10.
