Best Asian Egg noodle with a Lo Mein like Chew

They are made with egg, and it shows. This noodle has the chew I like in an Asian noodle. Pairs well with a nice stir fry and if you add plenty of veggies and angle hair cabbage, these egg noodles will not spike my blood sugar. It has a satisfying chew. They come in little square nests and one of those is enough for a dinner for two in a stir fry with veggies and meat. I use it as a lower carb option. Most Asian noodles are not made like this and this is a must for our family.
