I have plantar fascia and these help ease some of the pain that those lesser quality and priced shoe inserts provide. they don't work as well as my $60.00 ones , but they help me be able to be on my feet longer than I could without them. I would recommend these.

I walk miles every day on hard floors. My old insoles were flat, but after switching to these, I felt relief almost immediately. The arch gives nice support without being too firm, and I don't get that burning pain under my heels anymore. I even notice less lower back tension after long shifts. Would absolutely buy again.
