I'll confess that buying these inserts was a risk. I'd never tried them before and couldn't feel them in person. I did no research whatsoever and accepted the details at face value. When they arrived and I checked everything included, like a tool for trimming the tops of the inserts, I was impressed right away. Then I slipped my feet into the boots where the inserts are now, and amazing! Absolutely a smart buy and well crafted. I'd certainly get these inserts again!
