For washable materials (such as canvas, nylon, polyester, etc.), hand wash: Soak in warm water with neutral detergent or pet-specific cleaner for 10 minutes. Gently brush both the inside and outside with a soft brush, focusing on cleaning corners and crevices. Rinse thoroughly until there is no foam left to avoid residue that may irritate the pet's skin. Machine wash in a laundry bag and select the "Gentle Mode" to avoid deformation during spin-drying. Use odorless detergent to avoid chemical residues. For non-washable materials (leather, some waterproof coatings), wipe and clean: Use a damp cloth (wrung out) dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the surface, avoiding metal parts. Stubborn stains can be cleaned with a special leather cleaner. After air-drying naturally, apply a maintenance agent (such as leather care oil).
