Poor Sizing, Quality Boot

The boot is a quality boot, it looks good, it's decently comfortable, but they run big… I would at least get a half a size down, possibly an entire size. Very unsatisfied that I have these boots I want to wear, but I can't because they don't fit. Going to try to return, but I've worn them a couple times, so I'm not sure if they'll honor the return or not.
