Product good, service and shipping Awful!!
Ordered and received a confirmation that all items would be shipped following day. Items never came. Tracked the order and it was still "processing". Four days later another email saying there is a problem with my order and if I would like to cancel to call customer service. I did and they told me my item has already been shipped and I could return the items to the store. I continued with the order and 3 days later received 2 separate boxes. I had ordered 4 cases of 12 old bay and only received half my ordered. call customer service again and my order number was not valid according to the robot on the other end. finally got a real person and she said the other shipment was on its way. Next day recd the rest of order. It took almost 2 weeks to get my order! Also what a waste to shipp each item in a separate box!
