Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning, 7 oz (Pack of 6)

I have used this spice on salmon, cod, tilapia, trout, catfish, and it is delicious on all the fish. The ingredients are proportioned to taste perfectly in all the fish giving it a Great taste. Whether you grill the fish, stir fry it, Bake it, it tastes great. I don't use any extra butter or oil and it has enough flavor all its own.

For years this has been our favorite seasoning for grilling salmon and other fish. Whether using cedar planks on the grill, a grill pan on the stove or a George Forman grill, sprinkling fish with this seasoning adds just the right seasoning, well-flavored without being too spicy. I used to get this at the local grocery store (where it was often displayed at the fish counter, or in the spice aisle), but lately, I haven't found it. So, I googled on the internet. While individual 7 oz containers cost $6-9 on other sites, Walmart offered a SIX-PACK for $19.99. This week I went to visit my children out of state and brought some to each of them, and they were thrilled to be re-stocked with this Family Favorite!
