Poor quality, defective manufacturing

The color and pattern were fine, but the rug would not stay in place despite being marketed as a non-slip rug/rubber backed. Additionally, the rug was woven incorrectly. If laid flat, it was crooked. If laid straight, it buckled in the center. Instructions that came with the rug said to use a rug pad or tape.

This runner looks nicer in the picture. The actual color is more muted and dull. Other than that, in the picture it looks heftier than it is. It is actually thin and doesn't lie flat or straight. It's always turning one way or the other and doesn't stay in a straight line. It curls up at the edges. The only way this would work is with a full rug pad underneath. I purchased this as a runner in a main foyer. It does not work for my needs.
