First time I used it back in the 90's when I was working in Mexico and had some stomach problems. I saw it in Walmart about 10 years ago and bought some to help with my night time acid reflux. As far as value goes it was ninety eight cents for the longest time and has recently gone up more than cost of living percent, so 3 stars. Taste is slightly better than straight up backing soda but it is more convenient, again 3 stars.
