Cooking in this brass pot feels very traditional and intentional. It holds heat well and doesn't scorch food easily when used on low to medium heat. Definitely not for rushed meals.

I've been using this brass Pot for curries and lentils, and the cooking quality is excellent. Heat spreads evenly and stays consistent, which really helps with slow cooking. It does take time to heat, but the results are worth it.
