We purchased 6 of these blinds for various rooms in our house. All six of them came with no pull handles. We contacted the company and they gave use us in nothing but grief, including wanting us to take pictures of the blinds and needing the purchase numbers. For Pete's sake, the handles were not included. They eventually said they did not have "extras" to send us and offered a $12 credit (which we never got) so we could order them separately. I pointed out that the handles (aftermarket) were prices at $4 each (plus shipping). That is when the company stopped responding to us. In addition to no handles (which was part of each parts list in each blind, two of the blinds plastic end pieces fell off when installed and had to be glued back on. Overall these are cheap, poorly made and from a company that does NOT stand by their products. Do NOT buy, is our recommendation.
