Air Inlet Adjustment Valve: The air inlet adjustment valve on the gun body allows you to adjust the air inlet volume at will according to your work needs, providing you with a more convenient user experience.
Spring Hook: The spray gun has a spring hook. Pulling the spring hook to connect it to the jug body can play a role in stabilizing the body. So you can use it with more confidence.
Arc Grip: The spray gun's grip is designed with an arc that fits well into your hand and provides a comfortable grip.
Application:
It is not only used for spraying gel coat and resin, but also for spraying other materials such as release film, spraying plaster, mold gel coat, sandable primer, granite reinforced gel coat, adhesive, and paint.
How to Use:
According to the viscosity of the gel coat, choose the nozzle of suitable caliber, generally choose 5/32". And apply lubricating oil at the connection between nozzle and paint spraying mouth, gun body, jug lid, etc.
Put the jug lid on the jug filled with ingredients and press the jug lid tightly.
Insert the nozzle firmly into the air jet in front of the spray gun until the nozzle is exposed to the air jet.
Grip the handle of the gun, pull the trigger, and air ejects from the jet.
Notes:
The nozzle should always be facing upward while performing the above steps to prevent leakage. Tilt the gun down. The raw material is sprayed out, and adjust the control valve to atomize the raw material to the best condition, and align the nozzle to the surface of the mold to spray.
It is recommended to spray with the gun nozzle at 90° to the surface of the mold.
Please do not point the nozzle at yourself and others during the spraying process to avoid accidental injury.
Please note that when stopping the injection, lift the gun head and release the gun at the same time to prevent the material from flowing out.
Please clean the gun body, gun head, and material cup with a cleaning solution after use. After cleaning, apply oil for future use.
Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
