Effective for endurance and blood pressure.
It does a lot of things when it comes to exercise and cognitive function mainly due to its claimed cardiovascular benefits. I bought it to lower blood pressure. Doses between 1.5g to 6g are effective. More than 6g doesn't seem to bring more benefits. I would consider L-Citrulline to be one of my favorite amino acids next to L-Ergothioneine, Beta-Alanine, and L-Glutathione. Combining it with Caffeine is safe. I also tried it with CoQ10 (Ubiquinol %26 Ubiquinone) and Omega 3-6-9.
